      Pros

      Employees seem happier in Harrisonburg location. Different environment, than Suffolk, need change of management in Suffolk, they say new facility is coming, believe it when you see it.

      Cons

      Terrible management in Suffolk, doesn't have a clue, all in it for her self. Need better reliable equipment, better pay,get rid of brown noser employees. Managet lies to everyone.Better health insurance with less restrictions.

      Schedule overtime not forced easy

      Pay higher ups get 100k plus a year and say can't pay you more any extra money you get is heavily taxed for their benefit no path for growth unless you kiss but and wanna do management they hire lazy ppl so you work hard so they keep a job
