      Pros

      Technical expertise - CM is one of the best place to nourish your technical knowledge as an electrical & instrument trainee as you are not treated an intern, you will be given real tasks and assignments. HSE, CM champion in EHS matters, it takes it very seriously.

      Cons

      If you love working in office and doing analytical thinking and engineering, this is not the focus of CM.
