      Make abrupt top-down shifts without consultation or communication with key teams. Can ignore employee contribution altogether. Too much bureaucracy to drive big initiatives

      Some nice people working in Prague office, chill workplace environment

      Cons

      Pretty obvious salary & growth ceiling, after many years there was not much perspective to stay there. Monotonous and repetitive tasks.

      Pros

      I was offered a job with them twice and twice the manager hired me but HR wouldn’t accept my freelance visa. Why? Who knows. Why would you hire someone when I was so clear about my visa in the interview.

      Disorganized, unprofessional, low pay, nobody communicates with each other
