      Pros

      Fun coworkers, democratic decision making (at least in the student support department), many opportunities for self-development

      Cons

      Erratic management style at the top, certain departments noticeably worse than others (especially sales, which I wouldn't recommend to anyone), low salaries by Prague expat standards (+ forcing nearly everyone to work on a zivno), no real benefits

      Some nice people working in Prague office, chill workplace environment

      Cons

      Pretty obvious salary & growth ceiling, after many years there was not much perspective to stay there. Monotonous and repetitive tasks.

      Pros

      I was offered a job with them twice and twice the manager hired me but HR wouldn’t accept my freelance visa. Why? Who knows. Why would you hire someone when I was so clear about my visa in the interview.

      Disorganized, unprofessional, low pay, nobody communicates with each other
