Pros

• Flexible schedule; they're willing to work around schedule if already employed elsewhere. • Schedule is usually two weeks out so you know ahead if time. • Welcoming atmosphere and fun environment to learn and grow. • Traveling to different locations; cities, states, towns. It allows exploration after work. • Mileage reimbursement • Last minute calls outs; great way to earn extra

Cons

• Not for those who aren't willing to wake up early and drive up to, but not limited to, 3+ hours during all weather conditions within reason (ex: blizzard]. • Lack of benefits in place for seasonal employees, especially those who've been with the buisness for over 3 years. • Personal vehicle use; reliable transportation is needed • Lack of communication; if plans change last minute you may or may not know of it until already at the school. • Equipment; you carry a lot of gear that can take several trips to get to location from vehicle inside school setup location • Last minute call outs; may recieve calls at any given time as well as late into the night

Pros

This has to be my favorite job I've ever done. Working here is never the same thing each day and it's very fulfilling work. Making people smile has to be the best job you could have. Depending on the day you could be done by noon. On longer days it could go til school gets out, closer to like 5

Cons

I wish it was year round and full-time. Pay was pretty decent at first but now it pays minimum wage. Mileage comp could be higher.
