      Office is situated in a very accessible location

      Cons

      Company is managed by very toxic people with 0 ethics especially HR and general manager. Their project management team is a joke . No work management, they will dump you with projects as soon as you start working No appraisal or salary hike They won't give you salary on time . On most months salary is given as installments. Salary date is 10th of everymonth. You'll be lucky if you get the salary on 10th. Hire and fire culture. Office has no basic amenities. No leave for the first 6 months .

      The company provides a unique kind of 'training'—learning how to survive in a city like Kochi with no money. Salaries are consistently 2 months late, forcing employees into a position where they feel like they are begging for their own hard-earned wages. It is humiliating to have to ask for your pay just to cover basic food and rent."
