The whole recruiting department is the con. It starts at the top and the leaders at this company consistently set their recruiters up for failure, and then have the audacity to blame them when things go wrong. When there is pressure, you see the real them. Everyone high up thinks Maha is this sweet person. She picks favorites, and is very demeaning to her recruiters when the pressure is on her. She is the reason I left. Just a ping or call from her put me in pure anxiety. She is not nice when her ways fail and pressure is on her. It’s a common theme there. They will continue to lose great talent because of how they talk to them.
