They pay you at least.
Cons
Their communication is poor, the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. All scheduling must be done via calls to California. They do not let you know how many points people have, they don't tell you if you're close to running out of points, and they refuse to tell you if you point out, they just remove you from the schedule without notice. Management doesn't tell each shift if something changes, they expect each shift to tell the next of changes.
