      Inter-Con promotes career growth! I get to network with new people. So much knowledge! My Job allows me to engage in new tasks and responsibilities everyday! It opens up an opportunity for ongoing learning All of the people I work with have given me a chance to learn from other people’s knowledge and expertise.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
