      Terrible management, poor communication, terrible guidelines, leadership with terrible hands on approaches to fixing work toxic situations. False Advertising of family atmosphere along with integrity first. Bad leadership high ups that have had the position every sense there use to be previous contact holder. With a long list of other things

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
