Great hours, love the students and lack of micro-management

Pay could be better like with regular increases annually

I've worked here for about 8 months now and overall my experince has been decent! I can't complain much actually. Schedule is pretty flexible and it's a low stress job. Maybe a little stressful your first month to adjust and find your flow but after that it's pretty easy and can be fun if you like chatting! Manager is pretty chill and the admins are cool too. No one breaths down your neck but they will keep you informed about how students are responding to your class or things you could improve on. So any constructive feedback is meant to be helpful and for the best interest of the students.

The only con is that It is low paying and can be somewhat inconsistent. I wouldn't recommend this job for someone who depends on their paychecks to live but for supplemental income or you don't have pressing bills, it's pretty chill! If they raised the pay a bit it would be 5 stars all around!
