Pros
The company fosters a “problem-solving” mindset, which may not be for everyone but is rewarding for those of us who thrive in that environment. Despite impressive growth, the company retains its startup culture at its core, which offers a fast-paced atmosphere. The most successful employees are typically those who are self-motivated, able to meet deadlines and work well without constant oversight. Leadership values efficiency, independence and strong communication skills. One of the major benefits of working there is the opportunity to contribute your ideas- your voice is genuinely heard and leadership takes your input into consideration, which is rare in many organizations.
Cons
During my time at the company, there were some disruptions caused by changes in leadership, but this was eventually addressed and improvements were made.
