Cons
Top leadership exists in a bubble, largely disconnected from the team, the customers and what is truly need to create value and drive sustainable growth. It makes the business feel more like an ego trip than one truly optimised for growth. Only one member of the 6-strong senior leadership team actually works at head office in London, but of course everybody else is mandated to be there 3+ days a week. Top leadership operates in a fully isolated location where there are no customers, no investors and no people. It really does feel like a bubble designed solely for their own personal quality of life and not the benefit of the business. Hence the sense of disconnect is massive.
