1) Zero value for Work life balance 2) Managers are hired without any prior experience of managing people. 3) Abusive language being openly used by managers. 4) A culture that will slowly decline your motivation and morale. 5) Exit policies are wierd. 6) Hire and fire policy. 7) On paper saturday working which mostly is almost full day in reality. 8) On paper work timings are far different than reality. 9) No support from manager. 10) Managers are allowed to have their own sweet timing of login and logout as if they hold no responsibilty of projects.
