      pay delays unfair wages (gender bias/does not pay for degree (ex. bsw could make more than master level employee based on relationship) poor management upper management does not communicate with staff or hear concerns or take action when concerns are mentioned Management is aware of false billing

      The best reasons to work at ICOS are the flexible hrs, the relaxed, yet professional work environment. Supervisors are involved in the growth of their team members. Must be motivated to put your best efforts in to ensure get customer satisfaction to Clients and Company in the mental health field.

      ICOS offers no Healthcare, however Aflac insurance is offered.
