-worst HR leader EVER! she ruined the culture - CANNOT emphasize this enough, every company she has ever worked for has the worst glassdoor HR reviews -horrible executive team; management has no idea what they are doing -company is going downhill, they have no money. there have been 2 layoffs in 2023 and at least another one is coming in 2024 -the CEO left in 2023 and the interim CEO (COO), is not up to the task -supposed to be a nursing company but they have no nursing leader -not sure what the GC does. one of the top paid executives, doesn't have any direct reports and the company uses outside counsel for most issues.
