      Prime location in Chicago. Competitive salary/benefits.

      Cons

      Disjointed organization with extremely low employee morale. Will need an overhaul in Senior Leadership to shift mindset to a genuine interest in making changes that aim to focus on the employee. Antiquated HR systems and processes.
