Pros

This is my first job,was contemplating after clearing my CFA level II whether I should join a multinational bank or a boutique firm. After the telephonic round at Intellistocks I was somehow very inclined to work here and I was excited when I got to know that I have cleared all 3 interview rounds. After 8 months I am happy to share that I feel elated to choose my current company over many other options I had. Here you got to learn a lot much more than what you can learn in your entire academic life. I got exposure of global markets which I feel is very good.

Cons

Too fast pace.Extended working hours at time drains you out..but it works for me😊

Pros

I left after 6 years and I still memorize my time at Intellistocks nicely. Some of the smartest, energetic, and humble team members I have ever known worked there. I learned so much about equity research, business and fundamentals.

Cons

Here things change quickly. like changing of rolls and business approaches can head in a different direction at almost no notice. If someone dosen't like that kind of dynamic environment, this may not be for you.

Pros

They take care of their people in every way. Very impressive office, with all the comforts. Strong bonding with employees to make sure no one is misused.Employees have a voice. Leadership cares and is accessible.

Cons

It's all the cons that are the flip side of the pro's: not a lot of handholding if you are a slow learner. They expect top-tier, smart work from every employee. There are more "guidelines" than rules, and that flexibility can create confusion at times. Would be a difficult place for someone who prefers a lot of structure, direction and clear advancement path. The great benefits and overall environment can lead to a sense of entitlement among more tenured employees which is at times not good for new ones.
