      I don't think of any Pros.

      Cons

      Extended working hour Hire & Fire They lie about salary. It is 3 lpa only and they won't increment after 6 months only if the performance is extremely good they think of increasing the pay. You won't get paid for first two months if you leave before completing 4th month. Etc.
