      Pros

      If I could give this company zero stars I would.

      Cons

      Recent loss of key customers and employees due to product quality issues, lack of client responsiveness, unkept promises and unrealistic expectations set by management. CEO and CTO are ethically challenged; using both public and private blame/shame as a primary means to “motivate” employees.

      Pros

      Current Mgmt team has made some hard decisions to completely turn around the company that previously had many deficiencies. The company is headed in the right direction and is poised to turn the corner. The company has many challenges to overcome but everyone works as a team to make things happen.

      Workload is high as the company works to reverse all the bad decisions made in the past

      Good variety of work and ability to learn different skills outside of core role.

      Cons

      Dysfunction from top to bottom, lack of process to fix simple. Everything is rush to fix and management can’t figure it out.
