Current Mgmt team has made some hard decisions to completely turn around the company that previously had many deficiencies. The company is headed in the right direction and is poised to turn the corner. The company has many challenges to overcome but everyone works as a team to make things happen.

Workload is high as the company works to reverse all the bad decisions made in the past

Good variety of work and ability to learn different skills outside of core role.

Dysfunction from top to bottom, lack of process to fix simple. Everything is rush to fix and management can’t figure it out.
