      Pros

      100% remote opportunity with an excellent team & fantastic leadership! Recruiters can choose which opportunities they want to work and how much time they want to devote. CEO is extremely supportive and willing to help any way he can. Recruiters do NO sales so they can focus exclusively or sourcing, screening & submitting candidates. Excellent payouts on placements!!

      Pros

      We finally put a new ATS in place and the investment is great! Our founder has stepped in to work with the team daily and he is so knowledgeable. Have been with the firm for over 2 years now and this year we are off to our best start with all the changes that have taken place.

      We needed a change and we got it. Was overdue. Thank you.
