Pros
Great work environment with good people and management that is open to employee ideas. A great place to make contacts in various engineering industries. Work is very cutting edge in the mobile technology area.
Cons
Without a product of their own, the work is not always secure. Their engineering services schedule does not go out far enough to ensure there is always work for all their employees due to the fact that most of their contracts are very short term in nature, that is less than 3 months.
