Dirty Job and a hazzard risk

No set schedule it is extremely flexible

No work /life balance Nepatism galore. No career path it has hard to move up in the company or go anywhere unless you stick your nose in everyrhing. The place serves as a great stepping stone. Pay does not reflect the amount of work and raises are little to nothing. Cut corners. Unsafe working environments no real safety officer or safety rules and protocols or trainings. Training too, is a complete joke. You are literally thrown into the deep end with literally no formal training from management. Pretty worrying considering there can be dire consequences for getting things wrong on site. Its extremely apparent that upper management favour a few staff members in particular. Job requirements mean absolutely nothing it all depends on who you know. They are known for hiring unqualified personnel and they will be getting paid higher then the qualified employees with appropriate degrees.
