Pros
Excellent DB over 2 million candidates and existing DODA brand brings in a lot of people. Working location is fantastic, actual office is a bit dusty but otherwise fine Positive and supportive atmosphere in the office. Good training systems
Cons
Company is organized by teams, any money you make is shared amongst the team. This is done to promote teamwork. Not an issue when teammates make a similar amount, but if there's an underperformer it leads to tension. Senior management have a bad habit of promising the world and delivering very little. Senior management play favorites with promotions and tend to promote their buddies over hard workers.
