Cons
You have little to no career path. The client is unsure of your availability, and your employer sees you as a resource meant to generate company revenue. This is what you are evaluated on instead of your actual work or skills. Your growth is capped by both client's resources and your employer's cut. You should be able to obtain a better deal on your own. Management is not honest in negotiations. It demands loyalty from your side, but once you leave, it won't deliver on its past promises.
