Truly awesome culture: people are helpful, friendly, supportive, and genuinely collaborative. Small, tight-knit team where you can make a real impact both within your team and across the organization. Healthy transparency from leadership; C-suite is accessible and candid about priorities, direction, and challenges. Fantastic work/life balance: I rarely work beyond 40 hours, and there’s a strong respect for life outside of work. Thoughtful systems of recognition help create a positive, encouraging environment. Leadership is low-ego and trustworthy; they’re honest when they don’t have all the answers. Strong opportunities for growth: the company is early-stage and scaling quickly, so career paths feel real and attainable.

Not really a con for me, but as with any early-stage startup, expectations can shift and ambiguity can be part of the job. It’s not toxic, but you need to be comfortable adapting. The hiring process could be tightened up, it felt a bit long (five interviews), and it wasn’t always clear what each conversation would cover. That said, the interviews themselves were positive and a great way to meet the team.

Sharp team, excellent product-market fit, strong vision, lofty but reasonable goals. Everyone works hard, but there is plenty of flexibility to get it done in the way that works best for each individual. The company culture promotes sharing new ideas, bringing blockers to leadership, but always remaining solutions-oriented.

A fully distributed team is great for some, but I recognize this isn't for everyone! Team works hard to foster culture remotely though, and has an annual offsite and various other in-person working sessions.
