They can hire you fast. Because they don't care about relevance of your skills. Company needs pair of hands, not the mind of a professional.
Cons
- they tell you they are studio, but in fact you'll be working for their one and only client;
- dishonest with employees, conflict avoiders;
- no chances to fulfill vision and grow strongest skillset;
- product managers and design leads are not very well-experienced, and despite on several conflict situations appearing no changes has been made whatsoever. If there's something you are not happy with the low quality of process and its results, they will just discharge you from the project. It's easier to swap people, rather than increase liability for them;
- old practices, no engagement to learn;
- no health insurance and despite on multiple talks and concerns being raised over the company, nothing changes have been made during 2 years.
- contract questions being solved disrespectfully;
