1. Lot of disconnect between higher management and engineers. PO and Scrum masters are treated as actual doers where as they are just facilitators. 2. Yes boss mentality is appreciated 3. Work life balance is there only if you fight for it. 4. Micro management 5. More managers and less doers. 6. Bad management(atleast in Hyderabad)
