      Pros

      Steve was very involved in the how and whys of everything. I learned a ton from him in the 6 or so months I was there. The work I did extended beyond just programming. I was using solid works to change his 2d into 3d renderings. His equipment was second to none. He always bought the latest and greatest. That's a big plus. The employees I worked with at the time were extremely talented.

      Cons

      I have to agree with other comments about his people skills.

      Pros

      Work with a great group of people, building interesting equipment for the packaging industry. Ability to learn multiple new skills and room for advancement in the company.

      Cons

      Can be a little stressful at times when behind schedule to make deliveries to customers.

      Sometimes they brought in donuts

      Cons

      Bathrooms were filthy, the owner accused people of being drug addicts, they have complete control issues. The owner is actually afraid of employees selling information to China.
