Lovely building and very pleasant people.

Old fashioned design processes lead to many projects failing. There is a lot of horse power on the design floor, but a lack of cohesion, iteration and slowness lets them down. Due to the focus on quality there is lots of red tape to work through in every process. Almost all of the management team has never worked anywhere else so there is a very insular culture.
