We understand the difficultly that a fresher or even an experienced person may face but we hope you shall give us the due credit that we totally don't abandon you during the early learning process and are always there as a guide as and when required, to steer you in the correct direction. We believe that true growth and resilience comes from within and each team member is capable of the same, a trait which we duly assess during the elaborate selection/interview process. Yet, we strive to make the learning process more structured to address the "feeling" that you have expressed. Hoping that we shall succeed in doing the same.

Thanks a lot for the time taken to provide your valuable feedback. We highly appreciate that you have recognised our focus towards quality customer experience and people practices. To let you know, we have evolved further in this route with a keen focus on agile practices such as test driven development, automated testing and continuous integration. This not only ensures technical growth of our team members but a much more reassured delivery mechanism for our prized clients. As for delivery time constraints causing a "flexibility issue", our adherence to agile practices go a long way in addressing this aspect. Progress and delivery time-lines are much more visible and transparent now. However, it is still up to the team members to adopt and practice the same and we are improving by the day. Another major issue that we used to face in the past, being located in Kolkata was fatigue of team members due to the travel time causing an overall productivity loss and hence delivery delays. We have taken a very bold step which also addresses this issue apart from several others - we have relocated to Ahmedabad, a very progressive city with a very positive and futuristic outlook. Additionally we have started a mandatory practice of 'Learning and Sharing Saturdays'. The alternate Saturdays that we are open are purely dedicated to self-learning and knowledge sharing sessions. Routine project work is given the last priority on this day. To ensure that this time is being utilised productively, we have implemented an objective KPI and progress evaluation method. We hope that this addresses your concern regarding "a better flexible option for (self-)development". We are sorry, but we fail to see why working with open source technologies could be a negative, including that for an individual's growth. Not only have our business solutions, which are exclusively based on open source technologies, been able to deliver highly scalable solutions to several of our customers, they even offer an individual, the freedom to ideate, innovate and contribute in ways that may not be possible when working with proprietary technologies. However, going forward, we shall definitely delve on this preferential aspect for the development of our team members.
