I have had the luxury of working with IntelliTime Systems as a client for 15 years, and now as a contract employee for the last year. The dedication and commitment shown to me as a client, is no different than the dedication and commitment I am seeing as an employee. From the President of the company, to the development team, to the support staff, to the trainers, each and every co-worker is a pleasure to interact with and is dedicated to the success and growth of each other and of every client they work with. They never make me feel as if there is not a question I can ask as I attempt to learn the MANY different facets of the company; as it applies to the individual needs of each client. One of the things I noticed previously as a client was what little turnover IntelliTime Systems has had in the time I have worked with them; and spending the last year on their team working for them has reinforced what I already knew-IntelliTime is a FANTASTIC company to work for! Friendly, with great pay, motivating and constantly assisting one another if needed. If you are looking to work with a group of dedicated professionals, who are experts in the field of Software Development and Design, specializing in Advanced Scheduling, Timekeeping, Project Management, and outstanding Customer Support than you will want to come and work for IntelliTime.
Cons
If there is a downside to working for IntelliTime, it is that I don't get to be in an office with each and every one of my co-workers on a regular basis AND that I didn't apply to join the team sooner.
