Pros
I have worked for IntelliTect for over 4 years and have thoroughly enjoyed every moment. For me, working with good people is what motivates me. Every single person at IntelliTect is awesome. You will find that the people are bright, intelligent, driven, collaborative, and absolutely fun to work with. One of the key objectives working at IntelliTect is personal development.... challenging yourself and growing in multiple aspects. Sometimes as a women working in the technical industry your voice is unheard... that is definitely not the case at IntelliTect. My opinions/recommendations are often solicited and implemented.
Cons
The only negative is the cost for health insurance, but for me I am covering for my entire family. Coverage costs for individuals is very reasonable.
