Pros

Good Salary, Learning opportunity for selective people.

Cons

Where should we start, there are so many. 1 Frequent layoffs 2 One Man Management - Service Head If service head targets you nobody can save you not even the ceo 3 no work life balance, they expect people to work day and night. treat employees like slaves 4 the service head talks rubbish to everyone about the company and CEO on calls. 5 keeps the employees engaged on call without any reason 6 Dont go onsite, the service head makes you sit for long hrs in his room 7 If you dont listen to him after office hrs he will start spreading hate against you in the company 8 once targeted by service head you lose your job 9 no weekends work all 7 days 10 if you apply leave you become the enemy of the company

If joined with your hard earned talent there are many People who are surviving there with plenty of other skills than required. You can’t survive in those toxic environment. You’ll sure get health issues due to this high level of toxic culture. Day by day you’ll be facing many more mental issues with this work load. They didn’t treat you as a human once you start working under this highly qualified intelligent people
