Pros

Great company culture - fosters growth and collaboration across departments. It's obvious that everyone is working towards the same goal and that everyone feels passionately about the product. Great place for anyone interested in the Toronto startup/SaaS/tech industry.

Cons

Lots of growth - can sometimes be stressful/chaotic. If you're not comfortable with rapid change/growth, IntelliResponse probably isn't for you.

Pros

IntelliResponse was a nice company before [24]7 came to the game.

Cons

To see more comments about the mother company, see comments about [24]7. Management here is a complete disaster. Everything is seat of the pants, lack of planning and dive and catch. Most of the senior management would be maybe first level in any real SV company. Oh and when they pull off a dive and catch, they pat themselves on the back and start to say they got it done in traditional 24/7 style. Total lack of communication from the top. Interesting, when doing our new year planning, we were told to come up with our strategic initiatives without guidance, when they were reviewed we all failed and were torn apart. Micro-management is king here. Most of the staff have come here to finish their respective careers, you don’t have to try to hard, fly under the radar and you’ll be fine. A prior review talked about “graceful” staff. The graceful staff here is scared, keep their head down and don’t speak up. Lots of politics and weird organizational infighting. In summary, becareful , [24]7 is hiding behind this nice company.

Run by start up heavyweights.
