A strong culture of internal politics and favoritism also made the work environment difficult to navigate at times. The workload and level of effort expected from consultants often did not feel proportionate to the compensation and support provided. Despite employees being pushed aggressively toward targets, there was ongoing uncertainty surrounding incentives and bonus outcomes, which affected motivation across the team. Promises regarding growth, support, and operational improvements were often discussed but not consistently followed through in practice. Many employees were expected to adapt quickly without sufficient guidance or support from leadership.
