Salary is better than other services companies. Centrally located. Sometimes freedom to work as senior management is not based in Bangalore. Full responsibility of work (not always)

Senior management doing micromanagement. Employee wont' respect managers as senior management keeps doing IM chat with even with a software engineer and asking feedback about managers. This leads to disatisfaction at each level. Senior management doens't have confidence on its managers and that leads to managers leaving as quick as in few weeks and few months. Finances are very ill managed. Something which will be promised by management will actually will not be communicated in written or very ad-hoc. Management sometimes refutes the promises made on salaries and they are very ad-hoc on compesations. Infact they won't pay the committed money and thats very unprofessional. Very incompetent centre heads are hired without any experience of people managemnet and the fate of 60 odd employees goes in the hand of a person who had experience of managing people in single digit. Parting of employees are very bad, infact one of the worse in the industry. Few guys calls the shot and middle management has no say in anything just a tag of manager.

More like a structured Union Environment when it comes to work time: Come in on time and leave on time. Most employees provided cell phones and entertained to use for personal usage too.

The Management has no respect for Employees . The employees are driven in a fear driven atmosphere. There is no transparency in communication. Employees fired at a whim. Employees requested to provide medical certificate for a day of sick leave - so employees with a common cold need to run to get a doctors note to get paid. There is no water cooler at the office- employees told to use tap water if they wanted to hydrate at work. Social Engagement Level/ Interest among employees : 0/10 , Employee Engagement: 0/10; Performance Management: 0/10; Training and Development: 0/10; On Boarding: Never Conducted. Website: Outdated - which reflects a direct correlation to their attitude towards employees; Salaries: Way below market rate.
