Great company - Helpdesk Technician IntelliDyne Employee Review

Great support throughout the company. If you need anything, just ask and it will happen. They promote from within and want you to succeed. I've been a part of a few companies where staff members are just a number, but Intellidyne is different. Everyone is valued for their contributions. Great flexible PTO program and 401k matching. Compensation is very fair for me, but I put in the work to prove my value. Like mentioned before if you want to earn more, gain more experience, education or get a promotion, just ask what you need to do and this company will absolutely help get you there.

Health benefits could be better. You're given a few choices, all of which are just ok depending on your personal situation.

For the most part a great experience, a little more micro managing at times but overall good experience.

Not the best raises for everyone per year, some favoritism.
