      Pros

      Decent salary for some positions. Nice people working in positions where some feel stuck.

      Cons

      HIGH turnover across many departments. Company filled with "Yes-Men/Women". The CEO cannot be reasoned with. It is his way or the highway. He is two-faced. Be very careful when speaking with him as every word you say will be scrutinized.

      Pros

      Direct line to management for any questions and concerns; you felt like your voice was heard. No micromanaging

      Cons

      Every company will have negative experiences and every person may experience something negative in their position but I have to say that my team with Intellicentrics was a good experience overall.
