      Free lunch on Friday's with colleagues. Close by to Downtown Greenville In the beginning chance to take on new tasks and learn new technologies for career growth.

      Cons

      Internal Staff very Cliquey and can cause risks easily Career Growth can plateau fast and lack excitement or new opportunities Leadership is disconnected from the business needs and will want to implement new policy and procedures on the team without understanding the ramifications on the company and workflow. On Call rotation but not able or willing to compensate you for your time when you have an emergency.

      Pros

      - small company so has a "family" type feel to the team. - Company paid lunch every friday - Had a lot of freedom with different strategies I wanted to implement

      Cons

      - Still has some of the kinks that a company starting out may have - Some habits seem a bit old fashioned - Whenever someone on the team isn't happy, everyone knows because it is smaller.
