Culture was amazing, people were very willing to share knowledge. The team is very tight knitted here and culture has a decentralised structure. MD is a very wise and charismatic leader - with clear direction for the company. Work is often appreciated by managers and senior managers too.

There’s no cons I can find from my time being at Intellect Systems!
