As a fresher you can learn many thing in this company.Office environment is too good.Everyone around is so supportive and you will feel like you are with another family. Even director of company is supportive and down to earth.

Poor work culture 5.They hire you as a programmer and make you do Technical Support jobs , Hence there wont be any exposure to programming which is very important at the early stages of your career provided if you want to pursue a career in programming and Development
