1. Love my peers, its a good team all around. 2. As a group we are always looking for ways to be better. I like that. 3 Employees are allowed to grow/stretch, take classes or our choosing and speak up with ideas. 4. We are invited to point out issues and be part of the solution. Not everyone is comfortable doing that. but those who are, enjoy that kind of creative thinking and problem solving. 5. As long as I am performing, I can work pretty independently and there is freedom to try new things in a safe environment with opportunity to make mistakes as long as we learn from them. We don't have to worry about being fired over mistakes. At least I haven't seen that happen yet. 6. We care a lot about our people and our candidates and our clients.
