I joined this organization almost an year back, from the date since I joined I really enjoyed working here. From the very first day colleagues are very supportive. Work culture is also very good, sometimes we also get challenged with projects who have very tight deadlines but overall there is a good learning journey so far at Intellect.

Sometimes extended work hours is the only cons I can say.

I have learnt a lot things from here, particularly talking about the search strategies. I really appreciate the way by which senior management supports and make efforts in upskilling the people.

Sometimes tighter deadlines makes it a bit challenging.
