- Not at all suitable for Senior Developers/Testers - No work Life balance - work atleast 12 hours a day even on weekend(saturday AND SUNDAY) - If your a bachelor, you cant take leave or deny coming on weekend. Your manager will raise a question( You are a Bachelor what work do you have?) - Worst Management, if you work hard then you will be working very hard till the end and the credits will not be yours and you will also be having work of someone in your team who doesnt work - Very old Technologies(EJB,Servlets,JSP's) - You will find AVP(10-25years) in each table
