Leadership believes in its employees and their capabilities even when unseen by employees themselves. Lots of responsibilities and room for advancement if you are willing to take on the work and prove yourself.

Cons

Well, if you look at it as a con, growing pains. The company is still young. In business 4 years so still going through growing pains as it grows quite rapidly.

Pros

My job role provides me countless opportunities to learn more and increase my skill set. Really enjoy working with the technicians and Leadership team. There is always an annual Holiday Party and I receive a card on my birthday and work anniversary each year!

Cons

None, I enjoy my work and the environment in which I work in.

Company seems to care about employees. My favorite perk is if you don't use health insurance they put what they would contribute to 401k. Received birthday cards with gift cards as well as anniversary cards of working there. Supportive management

Cons

Pay could be better. For holding a security clearance and dealing with a lot of PII the pay is a little low.
