Small company, with potential to grow. There is always at least one project to keep you occupied. Fellow employees appreciate your help and are willing to help you get what you need.
Cons
Inventory management system needs attention/ upgrade. Little documentation structure and accountability. Needs warehouse organization and tracking. Employees that want to try hard can easy find themselves heavily burdened.
