Internal mess and lack of organization - Anonymous employee Intelice Solutions Employee Review

I have worked at Intelice for 7 years and I have enjoyed working with a great group of people. It is a very supportive environment and people are always willing to help out. Managers are supportive, but also allow employees enough room to do their jobs without feeling micromanaged. I like that it isn't a dull job because the company is improving solutions to keep up with changing technologies.

Can be a pretty fast paced environment in order to keep customers happy.

I have been working for Intelice for 13 years. During that time I have had a lot of opportunity to learn and grow and have worked in numerous roles and love it here. They have a "work hard, play hard" mentality and our team always supports each other no matter what. Intelice is not too big that you have to deal with the politics and drama of a large organization, and is not too small, in that we have good benefits and resources to get our job done.
