This company is absolutely toxic and one of the worst I have worked for. It is not run like a professional business but operates as a clique-driven, family-style setup, where personal relationships take priority over merit. Recruitment was full of false promises, and the reality of the role was completely different. Senior management were often inappropriate, misused their “power,” and reacted aggressively toward anyone asking questions. The culture is hostile, passive-aggressive, and at times openly misogynistic. Meetings and internal processes were poorly managed, inconsistent, and unprofessional. Staff wellbeing, mental health, support, and development were ignored, while unreasonable targets and small-minded thinking were the norm. Offshore staff with poor communication skills were prioritised, and policies constantly shifted depending on business need. Integrity, fairness, and professionalism are completely lacking. The entire environment is unstructured, stressful, and demoralising. I am shocked this company is still operating and strongly advise avoiding it at all costs.
